How does the 14-day Pro trial work?

Every new account is automatically granted a 14-day trial of our Pro plan. No credit card is required to start, and you get full Pro access from day one. If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically. Subscribers who lock in promotional pricing during their trial keep that rate for the life of the subscription, as long as they don't change plan or interval.

Safety is built into everything we do. Randomized timing, varied intensity levels, natural delays between actions, and warmup periods for new accounts. The system is designed to look like a real person using LinkedIn or X.

Do you store my LinkedIn or X password?

Accepted Answer

No. SocialNexis never receives or stores your social media credentials. Logins to LinkedIn and X (Twitter) happen on your computer through the local SocialNexis agent. Your password and session cookies live in your local browser profile and never touch our servers.

What AI models do you support?

Pro and Influencer plans use OpenAI's GPT for content generation, shaped by your Knowledge Base. Free and Starter plans don't include AI content generation.

What's the difference between Pro and Influencer?

Pro unlocks the full feature set: cross-platform AI content generation, writing style and brand reverse engineering, the ideation pipeline plus Note Taker continuous sync, Company Pages, Knowledge Base, engagement analytics, and priority support. Influencer adds the highest action limits across both LinkedIn and X, plus roadmap access to enterprise support and custom integrations. If you're posting daily and engaging at volume, pick Influencer. Otherwise Pro is usually the right call.

Yes! Every plan supports multiple LinkedIn and X accounts under one user login. Each account gets its own persona, safety settings, and monthly plan.

What happens when I hit my daily limits?

The system respects your plan's daily and weekly caps automatically. Sessions are planned with your limits in mind, so you'll never accidentally exceed them. If you need more capacity, upgrading takes effect immediately.
