What is SocialNexis?
SocialNexis is an AI-powered social automation platform for LinkedIn and X (Twitter). It handles content creation, engagement, and network growth on your behalf, creating posts in your voice, liking and commenting on relevant content, sending connection requests, and viewing profiles, all with human-like timing and behavior patterns.
How does SocialNexis work?
You start by setting up a persona: your industry, tone, topics, and writing style. Then the AI generates a full month of scheduled sessions with randomized timing and varied intensity, across both LinkedIn and X. SocialNexis runs these sessions automatically throughout the day (liking, commenting, posting, retweeting, and connecting) while you monitor everything from a visual calendar dashboard.
Do you store my LinkedIn or X password?
No. SocialNexis never receives or stores your social media credentials. Logins to LinkedIn and X (Twitter) happen on your computer through the local SocialNexis agent. Your password and session cookies live in your local browser profile and never touch our servers. The cloud only holds the content you create, your scheduling preferences, and public profile metadata (name, headline, follower count).
What AI models does SocialNexis support?
SocialNexis works with all the major AI providers: OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini). On every plan you connect your own provider API key, so all AI calls run on your account and you only pay for what you generate.
What platforms does SocialNexis support?
SocialNexis automates LinkedIn and X (Twitter) today, including Company Pages on both. Additional platforms are on the roadmap.
How much does SocialNexis cost?
SocialNexis offers four plans: Free ($0/month, basic automation with lower daily limits), Starter ($14.25/month billed annually or $19/month), Pro ($36.75/month billed annually or $49/month, most popular), and Influencer ($74.25/month billed annually or $99/month, highest action limits). New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial automatically, with no credit card required. Subscribers who lock in promotional pricing during their trial keep that rate for the life of the subscription.
Can I use SocialNexis without installing the agent?
Yes. Content-only mode runs SocialNexis as a pure content engine with no local agent and no browser automation. You keep AI content generation, your voice profile, the ideation pipeline, the calendar, and the content library, and SocialNexis reminds you in-app and by email when each scheduled post is ready to publish by hand. You pick your mode during onboarding and can switch at any time. Content-only mode is available on every plan, including Free.
What kind of content can SocialNexis create?
SocialNexis generates LinkedIn posts and X (Twitter) tweets that match your personal voice, industry, and target audience, including cross-platform generation that drafts both from a single idea or custom topic. The AI writes a draft, then reviews it from your reader's perspective before publishing. On Pro and Influencer plans it also generates the visuals (images, infographics, and multi-slide carousels) and writes long-form LinkedIn Articles, capped at one published article per workspace per week. All content goes through your content library where you can review, edit, or approve it before it's scheduled.
What is the Post Quality analyzer?
Post Quality scores a LinkedIn draft against a rubric of documented best practices before you publish: opening-line pull, formatting, length, specificity, and call to action. Some rows are computed deterministically in your browser and the judgement calls run through your own AI provider key. Because the analyzer knows exactly which rows failed, sending the draft to Improve rewrites it against those specific constraints instead of asking the model to make the post generically better. Available on Pro and Influencer plans, for LinkedIn drafts.
Does SocialNexis learn from my results?
Yes. Each week SocialNexis joins your published LinkedIn posts to their real engagement numbers and works out what the strong ones have in common: structure, topic, length, and the times of day that land best for your audience. Those observations appear in a 'What's working' panel on your analytics page, and the same observations are applied automatically when generating your next LinkedIn posts. It needs at least 10 published posts with engagement data before it draws any conclusions, and it says so plainly while it's still waiting. Available on Pro and Influencer plans.
Does SocialNexis integrate with my CRM?
SocialNexis integrates with HubSpot on Pro and Influencer plans. Authorize HubSpot, pick a contact list, and those contacts flow in as Engagement Targets with their associated company. As the agent engages each target, the activity is pushed back to that contact's HubSpot timeline as a note, so your CRM reflects social touches alongside emails and calls.
Can I tag people and companies in my posts?
Yes, on LinkedIn, on every plan. Type @ in the post body and SocialNexis offers the people and companies you have tagged before, or you can paste a LinkedIn profile or company URL. When the agent publishes, it verifies each candidate against LinkedIn's own mention dropdown and only commits the tag on an exact single-candidate match. Anything ambiguous publishes as plain text rather than tagging the wrong person.
How does cross-platform AI generation work?
Drop in a topic or pick an idea from your ideation pipeline. SocialNexis drafts one LinkedIn post and one X (Twitter) tweet in parallel, both written in your voice and reviewed against your reader's perspective. You can edit either one independently, or accept both and schedule them in a single pass. Cross-platform generation is available on Pro and Influencer plans.
How does voice and brand reverse engineering work?
Paste in a handful of your existing posts during setup and SocialNexis extracts the way you actually write: tone, sentence length, vocabulary, opening hooks, formatting. The voice profile is then applied to every AI-generated draft so the output sounds authentically like you, not like a chatbot. For Company Pages, Brand Reverse Engineering works differently: point it at your company website and it decodes the brand kit (color palette, primary font, and company identity), so generated media and page content stay on-brand without manual style guides.
What is the Note Taker integration?
SocialNexis can ingest meeting transcripts from your recorder (Grain, Fireflies, Read.ai, and others via Zapier) on a recurring schedule. Each transcript is screened for content potential, and any usable insight surfaces as a polished idea in your ideation pipeline, ready to feed the cross-platform AI generator. Note Taker continuous ideation is available on Pro and Influencer plans.
What are Engagement Targets?
An Engagement Target is a list of profiles, accounts, or keywords you want SocialNexis to engage with: likes, comments, replies, and connection requests directed at the people who matter most to your growth. Import a CSV of targets or define criteria such as job title, industry, or topic. Available on Starter, Pro, and Influencer plans.
Can SocialNexis manage multiple accounts?
Yes. Every plan supports multiple LinkedIn and X accounts under a single user login, including LinkedIn Company Pages and X page accounts. Each account or page gets its own persona, safety settings, and monthly activity plan. This makes SocialNexis suitable for agencies, teams, and professionals managing multiple brands.
