Everything you need to grow, in one solution

From AI content in your voice to human-like engagement, scheduling, and safety, here's what SocialNexis does for you across LinkedIn and X. Expand any feature for exactly how it works and which plan includes it.

Choose your mode

Automation and content, or content only

Content-only mode

Don't want to run an agent? Use SocialNexis purely as a content engine: generate, schedule, and get a reminder when it's time to publish by hand. No local install, no browser automation.

What it is & how it works

What it is

Content-only mode turns off engagement automation and the local agent entirely. You keep the ideation pipeline, AI content generation, the voice profile, the calendar, and the content library, and you publish each post yourself when SocialNexis reminds you. It's the whole product minus the browser automation.

How it works

You pick your mode during onboarding, and you can switch later from your account settings. In content-only mode SocialNexis schedules your posts on the same monthly calendar, then sends an in-app and email reminder at each scheduled slot with the post ready to copy or export. Engagement actions, safety caps, and the agent download are hidden because nothing runs on your machine. Turning automation back on restores them and reconciles your existing plan.

Plan availability

Content-only mode is available on all plans, including Free. Content features still follow their normal plan tiers.

Create

Content in your voice

Cross-platform AI content

One idea becomes a LinkedIn post and an X tweet at once, drafted in your voice, self-reviewed from your reader's perspective, and dropped into your library to edit or approve per platform.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis generates original LinkedIn posts and X (Twitter) tweets in parallel from a single idea or custom topic, using large language models. The system analyzes your existing writing style from example posts you provide, then drafts new content for each platform that matches your voice, industry terminology, and target audience.

How it works

When you submit an idea (or pick from your ideation pipeline), the AI creates one LinkedIn draft and one X draft in parallel based on your persona settings. It then performs a self-review on each, evaluating from your reader's perspective and refining before adding both to your content library. You can review, edit, or approve each draft per-platform before scheduling.

Plan availability

Single-platform AI post generation (LinkedIn or X) is available on Starter and above. Generating both at once from one idea (cross-platform) requires Pro or Influencer. Free supports manual posting.

Voice reverse engineering

Paste a few of your posts and SocialNexis extracts your writing style, tone, hooks, and formatting into a voice profile it applies to every draft, comment, and reply, so the output reads like you.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis extracts a structured profile of your unique writing voice from a small sample of your existing posts: tone, sentence length, vocabulary, recurring themes, opening hooks, and formatting preferences. The extracted voice profile is then applied to every AI-generated draft so the output is indistinguishable from posts you wrote yourself.

How it works

During persona setup, you paste in a handful of your past LinkedIn or X posts. SocialNexis runs them through a multi-pass analysis that captures stylistic markers (do you open with questions? do you use numbered lists?), tone signals (formal vs. casual, optimistic vs. critical), and content themes. The resulting voice profile lives alongside your persona and is automatically applied whenever the AI drafts a post, comment, or reply.

Plan availability

Voice extraction is available on all plans. The voice profile is applied to every AI-generated draft, comment, and reply wherever AI generation is available, which starts on Starter.

Brand reverse engineering

Point it at your website and it pulls your real colors and font into a brand kit, so generated media and Company Page content stay on-brand without a manual style guide.

What it is & how it works

What it is

Point SocialNexis at your company website and it analyzes the page's CSS to extract a brand kit: a color palette with roles (primary, secondary, accent, background, text), a primary font, and company identity. The brand kit drives AI media generation and Company Page content so visuals and posts stay on-brand without manual style-guide upkeep.

How it works

Open the Brand Kit card under your Account Organization tab and paste your website URL. SocialNexis fetches the page, parses its stylesheets, and pulls the most prominent brand colors and the primary font into a draft you review before saving. It reads modern color formats (hex, rgb, hsl, oklch) and skips status and shadow colors so the palette reflects the real brand. The saved brand kit then feeds media generation and any AI content that targets a company topic.

Plan availability

Brand kit extraction is available on all plans. Applying it to AI-generated media and Company Page content requires Pro or Influencer.

AI media generation

Generate the visuals too: on-brand carousels, images, and infographics built from your topic and attached as native media, instead of designing them yourself.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis generates the visuals for your posts with AI: multi-slide carousels, images, and infographics built from your idea or topic. The value isn't attaching files you already have, it's producing on-brand visuals you'd otherwise have to design yourself.

How it works

When you create or edit a post, you can have SocialNexis generate the accompanying visual instead of sourcing one. For carousels it drafts the slide sequence and renders a multi-slide document; for single posts it can produce an image or an infographic that fits the post's message. Generated media is attached and scheduled as native media on each platform.

Plan availability

AI media generation is available on Pro and Influencer plans.

Knowledge Base

Store your facts, docs, and positioning in one place. Every AI draft is grounded in your Knowledge Base, so posts cite the right numbers and stay on message.
Build your knowledge graph over time from ideas.

What it is & how it works

What it is

The Knowledge Base is a structured store of your company's facts, documents, positioning, and product details, broken into individual claims called atoms. SocialNexis grounds AI content generation in this context so drafts reference accurate specifics about your business instead of generic claims.

How it works

You add entries from the Knowledge area by pasting text, key facts, product details, and positioning. SocialNexis also mines atoms automatically from the articles you research, holding them in a review inbox so nothing enters your knowledge store without your approval. A graph view shows your active atoms connected by topic and similarity, and hovering any claim highlights its neighbours. Any atom can be turned into a content idea in one click. When the AI generates a post, comment, or idea, it retrieves the most relevant atoms and grounds the draft in them, so the output cites your real numbers and stays consistent with your messaging. Archived atoms can be deleted permanently and auto-purge after 90 days. SocialNexis Pulse also ranks researched stories for relevance against your Knowledge Base.

Plan availability

Knowledge Base is available on Pro and Influencer plans.

Fine-tuned comment styling

Every comment references specifics from the post, no giveaway AI phrases, and vary its tone and length so you never sound like a bot. A thumbs up or down on any comment teaches your style, sharpening over time.

What it is & how it works

What it is

Every comment and reply the agent writes runs through a quality floor and a diversity model designed to eliminate the patterns that make AI-written comments instantly recognizable: cheese-tells, abstract maxims, identical structure, and uniform length.

How it works

A persistent quality floor screens every draft for common cheese-tells, a deterministic em-dash scan, a specificity test (does the comment reference something concrete from the post?), and a minimum-length sanity check. Drafts that fail are regenerated or skipped. On top of the floor, a four-vector diversity model (register, humor, stance, length) prevents your account from posting fifty identically-toned comments in a row. Per-comment feedback in the session detail panel feeds back into the diversity model.

Plan availability

Quality floor applies to every comment on every plan and cannot be disabled. Style picker and per-comment feedback are available on all plans where comments are enabled.

Post Quality analyzer

Score a LinkedIn draft against the practices that actually move reach before you publish it, then send the flagged rows straight into Improve to fix them.

What it is & how it works

What it is

A scored review of any LinkedIn draft against a rubric of documented best practices: opening-line pull, formatting, length, specificity, call to action, and more. Some rows are computed deterministically in your browser; the judgement calls run through your own AI provider key.

How it works

Open a LinkedIn draft in the post editor and the Post Quality panel scores it row by row, splitting checks into ones you must fix and ones worth considering. Each failing row explains what tripped it. Because the analyzer knows exactly which rows failed, sending the draft to Improve rewrites it against those specific constraints rather than asking the model to make the post generically better.

Plan availability

Post Quality is available on Pro and Influencer plans, for LinkedIn drafts. Analysis runs on your own AI provider key.

LinkedIn Articles

Publish long-form LinkedIn Articles, not just posts, with a cover image and inline images, drafted and scheduled through the same library and calendar.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis writes, stores, schedules, and publishes native LinkedIn Articles: long-form pieces with a title, cover image, and inline images, distinct from the short-form posts in your feed.

How it works

Create an article from an idea or a custom topic and it drafts the body in your voice, grounded in your Knowledge Base. You can attach a cover image and inline images, review and edit the full body, then schedule it on the same calendar as your posts. The agent publishes it natively through LinkedIn's article composer.

Plan availability

LinkedIn Articles are available on Pro and Influencer plans. At most one article can be published per workspace per 7 days.

Mentions and tagging

Type @ in any LinkedIn draft to tag a person or company. SocialNexis remembers who you tag and verifies the identity against LinkedIn before it commits the tag.

What it is & how it works

What it is

Native @-mention tagging for LinkedIn posts, composed in the SocialNexis editor and resolved for real when the agent publishes, so the tagged person or page gets a genuine notification rather than plain text.

How it works

Type @ followed by a couple of characters in the post body and a popover offers the people and companies you have tagged before, most recent first. You can also paste a LinkedIn profile or company URL, which resolves deterministically, or type a name and let the agent match it. On publish, the agent verifies each candidate against LinkedIn's own mention dropdown and only commits the tag on an exact single-candidate match. Anything ambiguous is published as plain text rather than tagging the wrong person.

Plan availability

Mentions are available on all plans, for LinkedIn posts.

Research

Ideas that never run dry

Ideation pipeline and Note Taker sync

Keep the content engine fed: capture ideas manually, import them in bulk, or sync them automatically from meeting transcripts via Note Taker, each ready to draft in one click.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis maintains an ideation pipeline that feeds your AI content generator. You can capture ideas manually, import them in bulk, or sync them continuously from meeting transcripts via the Note Taker integration.

How it works

The Note Taker sync ingests transcripts from your meeting recorder (such as Grain, Fireflies, or Read.ai) on a recurring schedule. Each transcript is screened for content potential and surfaces 0 or 1 polished idea, which appears in your ideation pipeline ready to feed the cross-platform AI content generator.

Plan availability

AI idea generation and turning ideas into AI posts are available on Starter and above. Bulk transcript import and Note Taker continuous sync require Pro or Influencer.

SocialNexis Pulse

An automatic researcher that scans the sources you choose on a schedule, ranks fresh stories for relevance, and turns the strongest into ready-to-use ideas, deduped so you never see the same one twice.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis Pulse is an automatic idea researcher. On a schedule you set, it scans fresh, on-topic stories from the sources you choose (Google News, Hacker News, and any blogs or feeds you add) and turns the most relevant ones into ready-to-use ideas that land in your Ideas tab.

How it works

In Account, Integrations you turn Pulse on, add the topics you want it to track, pick your sources, and choose a cadence. When a run fires, Pulse pulls recent articles for each topic, ranks them for relevance to your topics and knowledge base, and extracts ideas from the strongest matches using your own AI provider key. New ideas appear in your Ideas tab marked with a Pulse badge. Pulse dedupes across runs so you never see the same story twice.

Plan availability

SocialNexis Pulse requires Pro or Influencer. Idea extraction runs on your own AI provider key.

Engage & grow

Human engagement at scale

Network growth

Expand your network on autopilot with targeted connection requests, follows, profile views, and engagement, list of prospects from your CRM, CSV file or criteria like industry, title, or topic.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis automates network expansion through targeted connection requests (LinkedIn), follows (X), profile views, and engagement with prospects' content on both platforms. Upload a CSV of target profiles or define targeting criteria and let the system identify relevant people.

How it works

You define your target audience by criteria such as industry, job title, or topic. SocialNexis views profiles, engages with their content, and sends connection requests or follows on your behalf. Each action respects daily and weekly limits per platform. Bulk target import via CSV is supported on Starter and above.

Plan availability

Connection requests, follows, and profile viewing are available on all plans. Engagement Targets and bulk CSV import require Starter or above.

Audience relevance filtering

A local relevance gate scores every feed post before the agent engages and skips off-topic, promotional, or low-signal content, so your activity stays on-brand. Tune it with presets or switch it off.

What it is & how it works

What it is

Before commenting on, liking, or reposting an item in your feed, SocialNexis scores each candidate against an audience-relevance configuration and skips posts that don't meet the threshold. This prevents the agent from engaging with off-topic, promotional, or low-signal content that would dilute your professional brand.

How it works

Each feed post is scored along several signals: topical fit to your persona's interests, whether the author is on your priority targets list, your network distance to the author, whether the post is a promoted ad, and whether the post has any substantive text. You pick a preset (Balanced, Network: Existing, Network: Growth, or Topic-Focused) and can fine-tune the weights or threshold. The decision happens locally in the agent before any engagement fires.

Plan availability

Available on all plans. You control whether the gate runs, which preset it uses, and where the threshold sits.

Human-like engagement

Likes, comments, replies, retweets, follows, and messages run with randomized delays, varied session length, and shifting intensity, so activity looks like a real person, not a script.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis performs engagement actions (likes, comments, replies, retweets, quotes, follows, and messages) using behavior patterns designed to be indistinguishable from a real person using each platform manually.

How it works

Every action includes randomized delays between clicks (not fixed intervals), varied session durations, and intensity shifts throughout the day. The system avoids repetitive patterns by alternating between different action types within each session. AI-generated reply and comment content is contextually relevant to each post, not templated. Per-platform per-session caps prevent bursty patterns.

Plan availability

Available on all plans. Daily and weekly caps scale with plan tier, see pricing for exact numbers per platform. Replies and quotes on X start on Starter; the Free plan covers likes, retweets, follows, and posts.

Per-action weight controls

Bias the activity mix with 0-100 sliders per action and platform; a live weekly estimate updates as you drag, and ratio policy keeps the mix platform-safe within your caps.

What it is & how it works

What it is

Fine-grained sliders for biasing the mix of automated activity within your plan's caps. You set a weight from 0 to 100 for Like, View Profile, Repost, Comment, and Connect on each platform, and the scheduler distributes sessions accordingly across the month.

How it works

The action weights dialog opens whenever you generate or regenerate a month. As you drag the sliders, a weekly estimate updates live, so you see the impact before saving. Comment and Connect each have an opt-in toggle. Some weights are clamped by ratio policy: comments and reposts are capped relative to likes, and connection requests are capped relative to active engagement, so the resulting mix always stays within platform-safe bounds.

Plan availability

Available on all plans. Daily and weekly caps still apply per plan tier: weights tune the mix within those caps, they don't raise the ceiling.

HubSpot CRM integration

Connect HubSpot and pull a contact list straight into your Engagement Targets, then push every like, comment, and connection back to the contact's timeline as a note.

What it is & how it works

What it is

A two-way HubSpot integration. Contacts flow in as Engagement Targets with their associated company, and the activity SocialNexis performs on each one flows back into HubSpot as notes on that contact, so your CRM reflects social touches alongside emails and calls.

How it works

Authorize HubSpot from the Integrations tab, pick the contact list you want to sync, and map the HubSpot properties you care about onto SocialNexis target fields. Synced contacts appear on your Targets page marked with their HubSpot provenance, and a sync-state indicator shows the last successful pull. As the agent engages a target, the resulting activity is pushed back as a HubSpot note on the associated contact. Failed pushes can be filtered and retried in bulk.

Plan availability

The HubSpot CRM integration is available on Pro and Influencer plans.

Plan

Plan and schedule the month

Smart scheduling

One click generates a full month of sessions across both platforms, with randomized timing, varied intensity, and rest days, all editable on a visual calendar.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis automatically generates a full month of activity sessions across LinkedIn and X with a single click. Each session includes a mix of platform-appropriate actions (likes, comments, retweets, replies, connection requests, profile views, follows, and posts) distributed across the month with randomized timing.

How it works

The scheduling engine creates sessions with varied start times, durations, and intensity levels (high, medium, low, and rest days). Timing is randomized within configurable windows to mimic natural usage. You choose how many sessions can run per day, from one to four, and whether to skip weekends. You can view the entire plan on a visual monthly calendar and manually override any session the AI has planned.

Plan availability

Available on all plans including Free.

Calendar control

See every session, action, and post across LinkedIn and X on one visual monthly calendar, color-coded by intensity, and drag to reschedule, add, or remove any planned activity.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis provides a visual monthly calendar dashboard where you can see every scheduled session, action, and post across LinkedIn and X at a glance. You can manually edit, reschedule, or cancel any planned activity.

How it works

The calendar displays each day color-coded by session intensity (high, medium, low, or rest). Clicking a day shows the specific actions planned. You can drag and drop sessions to different days, add manual sessions, remove AI-generated ones, and assign or move posts directly from the content plan view. Real-time status indicators show whether each session has been completed, is in progress, or is upcoming.

Plan availability

Calendar orchestration is available on all plans including Free.

Content workflows and approvals

Chain research, drafting, and publishing into a repeating workflow, with an approval gate wherever you want the last word. Test-run any workflow before it goes live.

What it is & how it works

What it is

Workflows let you wire the content pipeline together as a recurring, scheduled process: source an idea, draft a post for each platform, hold it for approval, then publish. Each workflow runs on its own schedule and shows you when it fires next.

How it works

You build a workflow on a canvas, placing an approval gate on any edge where you want to review before the next step runs. Anything awaiting your sign-off collects in an approvals queue where ideas and posts can be approved individually or in bulk. Before activating, you can test-run the whole workflow: it executes end to end and marks everything it produces as a test artifact, so nothing publishes and nothing counts against your caps.

Plan availability

Content workflows are available on Pro and Influencer plans.

Trust & insight

Safety, reach, and analytics

Company Pages

Post and engage as a LinkedIn Company Page or X page alongside your profile, each with its own persona, library, and plan, running through the same calendar and safety controls.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis can post and engage as a LinkedIn Company Page or X (Twitter) page account, in addition to your personal profile. Each connected page gets its own persona, content library, and activity plan.

How it works

Connect your managed LinkedIn Company Page or X page account from your account settings. When creating posts, choose whether to publish as your personal profile or as the page. Content scheduled to a page runs through the same calendar, AI generation, and safety controls as personal-profile content.

Plan availability

Available on all plans.

Safety controls

Per-platform daily and weekly caps, automatic warmup for new accounts, concurrent-session guards, and randomized timing keep activity inside safe bounds, always on and can't be disabled.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis includes built-in protections to prevent platform flags or restrictions on LinkedIn and X. These controls govern the rate, timing, and volume of all automated actions per platform.

How it works

The safety system enforces daily and weekly action caps per action type per platform. New accounts go through an automatic warmup period where limits start low and gradually increase over the first two weeks. Concurrent session guards prevent multiple automation sessions from running at the same time on the same connected account. All timing includes randomized delays, not fixed intervals.

Plan availability

Safety controls are active on all plans and cannot be disabled. Limits scale with your plan tier per platform.

Engagement analytics

Track engagement rates, connection-acceptance, follower deltas, and per-post performance across both platforms, filterable by date, action type, or platform.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis tracks the performance of all automated actions across platforms and provides analytics on engagement rates, connection acceptance rates, follower deltas, and content performance.

How it works

The analytics dashboard shows metrics per session and over time: how many likes, comments, retweets, replies, connections, and follows were performed; how many connection requests were accepted; how individual posts performed; and follower-count deltas on X. You can filter by date range, action type, or platform.

Plan availability

Available on Pro and Influencer plans.

LinkedIn analytics sync

SocialNexis pulls your real LinkedIn analytics on a schedule, impressions, reach, engagement rate, top posts, and audience demographics, then writes you an executive summary you can export as a branded PDF.

What it is & how it works

What it is

Rather than counting only the actions SocialNexis performed, this pulls LinkedIn's own analytics export for your account: follower growth, impressions, reach, engagement rate, your best-performing posts, and the job titles, industries, and companies of the people seeing your content.

How it works

The agent exports your analytics from LinkedIn on a recurring schedule and backfills up to a year of history on first connect. From the Summary tab you can generate an executive summary that reads the numbers and explains what changed and why, with each headline metric colour-coded by whether its trajectory is improving or slipping. Export the whole thing as a PDF in your brand colours.

Plan availability

LinkedIn analytics sync is available on Pro and Influencer plans. The executive summary is generated on demand using your own AI provider key.

Learns from your own posts

Once enough of your published posts have real engagement data, SocialNexis works out what your audience actually responds to and applies it to every future draft, without you configuring anything.

What it is & how it works

What it is

A learning loop over your own LinkedIn analytics. SocialNexis reads which of your published posts performed, extracts the patterns they share, and feeds those observations back into post generation. You see the same observations in a 'What's working' panel, so the model's reasoning is never a black box.

How it works

Each week SocialNexis joins your published posts to their real engagement numbers and looks for what the strong ones have in common: structure, topic, length, and the times of day that land best for your audience specifically. The result is a short written summary plus your best posting windows, shown on your analytics page. The same observations are injected automatically when generating your LinkedIn posts, so drafts drift toward what has already worked for you. This needs at least 10 of your published posts to have engagement data before it says anything, and it tells you plainly while it's still waiting.

Plan availability

Available on Pro and Influencer plans, for LinkedIn. Requires at least 10 published posts with engagement data before learnings appear.

Platform support

LinkedIn and X (Twitter) are first-class today, Company Pages included, on one unified calendar, with more platforms on the roadmap.

What it is & how it works

What it is

SocialNexis automates LinkedIn and X (Twitter) today, including Company Pages on both platforms.

How it works

All automation features (scheduling, content generation, engagement, growth, and analytics) are built natively for both LinkedIn and X. A unified calendar shows activity across both platforms. Additional platforms are on the roadmap.

Plan availability

LinkedIn and X (Twitter) are available on all plans. Per-platform daily and weekly caps scale with plan tier.

Start growing on autopilot

Set up your persona, generate a month of activity, and let SocialNexis run it across LinkedIn and X.
