A complete reference for every capability in the SocialNexis LinkedIn automation platform. Each feature includes what it does, how it works, and which plans include it.

AI Content Creation

What It Is: SocialNexis generates original LinkedIn posts using large language models. The system analyzes your existing writing style from example posts you provide, then drafts new content that matches your voice, industry terminology, and target audience.
How It Works: When a post is scheduled, the AI creates a draft based on your persona settings (tone, topics, and industry context). It then performs a self-review step, evaluating the draft from your reader's perspective and refining it before adding it to your content library. You can review, edit, or approve each post before it's published.
Plan Availability: Content style analysis is available on Starter, Pro, and Influencer plans. Full AI content generation (drafting and self-review) requires Pro or Influencer.

Smart Scheduling

What It Is: SocialNexis automatically generates a full month of LinkedIn activity sessions with a single click. Each session includes a mix of actions (likes, comments, connection requests, profile views, and posts) distributed across the month with randomized timing.
How It Works: The scheduling engine creates sessions with varied start times, durations, and intensity levels (high, medium, low, and rest days). Timing is randomized within configurable windows to mimic natural LinkedIn usage. You can view the entire plan on a visual monthly calendar and manually override any session the AI has planned.
Plan Availability: Basic scheduling is available on all plans including Free. AI-powered plan generation (one-click monthly plans) requires Starter or above.

Network Growth

What It Is: SocialNexis automates LinkedIn network expansion through targeted connection requests, profile views, and engagement with prospects' content. You can upload a CSV of target profiles or let the system identify relevant people based on your persona settings.
How It Works: You define your target audience by criteria such as industry, job title, company size, or geography. SocialNexis then views profiles, engages with their content, and sends personalized connection requests on your behalf. Each action respects daily and weekly limits. Bulk target import via CSV is supported on all plans.
Plan Availability: Connection requests and profile viewing are available on all plans. Engagement targets (automated targeting criteria) require Pro or Influencer.

Human-Like Engagement

What It Is: SocialNexis performs LinkedIn engagement actions (likes, comments, and messages) using behavior patterns designed to be indistinguishable from a real person using the platform manually.
How It Works: Every action includes randomized delays between clicks (not fixed intervals), varied session durations, and intensity shifts throughout the day. The system avoids repetitive patterns by alternating between different action types within each session. Comment content is generated by AI to be contextually relevant to each post, not templated or generic.
Plan Availability: Available on all plans. Free plan includes up to 3 likes and 2 comments per day. Starter allows 15 likes and 5 comments per day. Pro allows 30 likes and 8 comments per day. Influencer has no daily limits.

Multi-AI Providers

What It Is: SocialNexis supports three AI providers for content generation: Claude by Anthropic, GPT-4 by OpenAI, and Gemini by Google. Users bring their own API keys and select which provider to use.
How It Works: In your account settings, you add API keys for one or more supported providers. When generating content (posts, comments, or messages), you choose which AI model to use. This lets you pick the provider that best matches your writing style or that you already have an API agreement with. Switching between providers does not require reconfiguring your persona.
Plan Availability: Multi-AI provider support requires Pro or Influencer. Free and Starter plans use a default AI model included with the platform.

Safety Controls

What It Is: SocialNexis includes built-in protections to prevent LinkedIn account flags or restrictions. These controls govern the rate, timing, and volume of all automated actions.
How It Works: The safety system enforces daily and weekly action caps per action type (likes, comments, connections, profile views, posts). New accounts go through an automatic warmup period where limits start low and gradually increase over the first two weeks. Concurrent session guards prevent multiple automation sessions from running at the same time on the same LinkedIn account. All timing includes randomized delays, not fixed intervals, so action patterns never appear mechanical.
Plan Availability: Safety controls are active on all plans and cannot be disabled. Limits scale with your plan tier. Free has the most conservative limits, and Influencer has no caps but retains timing randomization and warmup protections.

Calendar Control

What It Is: SocialNexis provides a visual monthly calendar dashboard where you can see every scheduled session, action, and post at a glance. You can manually edit, reschedule, or cancel any planned activity.
How It Works: The calendar displays each day color-coded by session intensity (high, medium, low, or rest). Clicking a day shows the specific actions planned: which profiles to view, what content to post, how many likes and comments to perform. You can drag and drop sessions to different days, add manual sessions, or remove AI-generated ones. Real-time status indicators show whether each session has been completed, is in progress, or is upcoming.
Plan Availability: Calendar orchestration is available on all plans including Free.

Media and Carousel Uploads

What It Is: SocialNexis supports uploading images and multi-slide carousel documents to be included in scheduled LinkedIn posts.
How It Works: When creating or editing a post in your content library, you can attach images or PDF carousel files. The system schedules these as native LinkedIn media posts (not link previews). Carousel posts appear as swipeable document slides in the LinkedIn feed, which typically receive higher engagement than text-only posts.
Plan Availability: Available on Pro and Influencer plans.

Engagement Analytics

What It Is: SocialNexis tracks the performance of all automated actions and provides analytics on engagement rates, connection acceptance rates, and content performance.
How It Works: The analytics dashboard shows metrics per session and over time: how many likes, comments, and connections were performed, how many connection requests were accepted, and how individual posts performed. You can filter by date range, action type, or campaign to identify what's working and adjust your strategy.
Plan Availability: Available on Pro and Influencer plans.

Platform Support

What It Is: SocialNexis currently supports LinkedIn as its primary platform, with full automation for content creation, engagement, and network growth.
How It Works: All automation features (scheduling, content generation, engagement, and growth) are built for LinkedIn. The platform roadmap includes support for X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. When new platforms launch, existing users will be able to manage all platforms from a single dashboard.
Plan Availability: LinkedIn support is available on all plans. Additional platforms will be announced as they become available.
