How We Measure
Sessions Executed counts each completed automation session where SocialNexis performed at least one action (like, comment, connection request, profile view, or post) on behalf of a user. Failed or cancelled sessions are excluded.
Connections Made counts accepted connection requests that originated from SocialNexis automation. Pending requests and withdrawn invitations are not included.
Platform Uptime is calculated as the percentage of minutes in the trailing 90-day window during which all core services (scheduling engine, automation workers, and user dashboard) were operational. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from the calculation.
User Rating is the arithmetic mean of all in-app feedback responses collected at the end of each billing cycle. Users rate their experience on a 1 to 5 scale. Only responses from users with at least 7 days of active usage are included.
